"Good size room staff lovely. Unfortunately the room was freezing cold and the duvet was paper thin. Card for the room didn’t work and we had to keep going back down 2 flights of stairs to get the card reprogrammed. "

Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was spacious and well appointed if a little shabby in places…..the only thing we struggled with was the heating system, it was a bit complicated so really needs updating or some instructions given, thanks."

"I was staying at your UK Peterborough hotel. I'm sorry but I've paid a lot of money to have work carried outside my door when I was working. I know maintenance has to happen but when I asked if they could come another time I was rudely greatest. Everything else was fine and stay was ok after that bit for the whole afternoon yesterday it was appalling."
