"A nice hotel, right by the train station. Possibly a bit overpriced. I enjoyed the terrace, although other guests were smoking right near by and it filled our room and drove us off :-/ Otherwise a good stay."

"Great property and rooms. We booked a suite for 4 people and it was wonderful 2 bedroom suite. Hotel had many features such as electrical blinds, clean and large bathroom, several seating chairs and desk space. Overall we had a great stay."

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "The hotel had KO air conditioning and they claimed was broken and couldn't be fixed during our stay, this made every night unbearable in the heat. There was also not reception or bar services for two of our days staying at the hotel "

"I would thoroughly recommend a stay at Der Wilhelmshof. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The location is only 5 minutes from Praterstern so good connections to the airport and city centre, and the Ringstraße is only a 15 minute walk. There are lots of bars and restaurants around, so it’s a great place to stay. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Vienna. "
