"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "I would thoroughly recommend a stay at Der Wilhelmshof. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The location is only 5 minutes from Praterstern so good connections to the airport and city centre, and the Ringstraße is only a 15 minute walk. There are lots of bars and restaurants around, so it’s a great place to stay. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Vienna. "
