"Very good in general. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with indications due to my late arrival and also where to park, provide me with refreshment drink. Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. I waited for 20 minutes during the checkout to receive any positive answer but I lost my time. Not flexible at all."

The food sucks, it was cold and a buffe a 10 year old with an interest with food could outdo xD my mom has works in a resturant for 18 years and i have loved to cook for all of my 27 years i've been alive, and paying 22 euro per person for that is a joke, you even had to pay for coffe, most drinks where allready done and in buttles, i would say the best part of the food was the hot chocolate you hot to breakfast, witch by itself was warm milk and powder. "The Novotel staff provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. They were very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage before our scheduled check-in time, which made it much easier to begin exploring Vienna without having to carry our bags around. We also appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to check in approximately 1.5 hours earlier than the official check-in time, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly improved our arrival experience. The hotel’s location was another major highlight. It is conveniently situated directly across the street from Vienna’s main ÖBB Central Train Station, making it an ideal choice for travelers arriving by train or planning day trips from the city. Despite being close to a major transportation hub, the area felt comfortable and convenient, with many shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated being only about a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Belvedere Palace, one of Vienna’s most impressive landmarks. The location made it easy to explore both the city’s attractions and the surrounding neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the hotel’s fitness room, which offered amazing views overlooking the city of Vienna. Having the opportunity to exercise while taking in the skyline was a unique and enjoyable feature. The hotel was also conveniently located near tram and subway connections, making it simple to access Vienna’s historic center and other major attractions without needing to rely on taxis or long wal"

"We visited Vienna for three nights and had a lovely stay. The area is clean and feels very safe. The location is conveniently located to the train station and the yellow line of the hop on hop off bus (part of the Vienna Pass which I would recommend). There are plenty of restaurants in the area and our taxi driver said there is amazing international cuisine. The room was large and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was very spacious too which was great. The room is air conditioned and the windows open. There are blackout curtains which were very nice. The building was very quiet, no disturbances whatsoever. My only “complaint” is the WIFI. It was quite slow, we couldn’t stream a show without it buffering every few minutes. Other than that it was amazing."

"I had an excellent stay. The hotel was conveniently located off the main street and easy to find. That being said, it was very quiet in the hotel. I could not hear any noise from outside, and though my room was right off the elevator, I did not hear any other guests either. I was visiting Vienna during the heat wave and appreciated that the staff had the room as cool as possible when I arrived!"
