"We had a fantastic 5-day stay at The Cyrus Hotel in Wroclaw. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with a really comfortable bed and a great shower that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The triple-glazed bedroom windows ensured a peaceful night’s sleep throughout. Breakfast was excellent, with a high-quality hot buffet and plenty of choice each morning. A special mention to Ali, the owner, who went out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay—his personal touch made a real difference. Highly recommended."

"The hotel was very central, in the old town. The room was very spacious, with everything you needed & a very comfortable bed. It was amazing value & the staff were very helpful! "

"Brilliant check in staff. Martyna was super helpful. Only thing I did not like was that my Expedia VIP Access benefits (20% off at Restaurant and Bar) did not include alcohol). This is a differentiator - I'd probably stay at a different VIP access hotel (all things being equal)"

"Very clean, staff were great, nice shopping complex just 10 mins walk away, with everything you could possibly eat. Very nice room- almost everything you would need, just a couple of pointers first the HDMI port on the tv is hardly accessible, you have to have the smallest hand to squeeze in the back of the tv - maybe the hotel can fit an extension cable for ease of use? A lot of people use their own tv box/stick/usb player now, so this would make things a lot easier. Second thing (staying on the same theme) no socket near the tv, meaning you need an extension lead All in all, a nice place to stay "

"The room was extremely small. The sink was in the room, and so was the shower, which felt uncomfortable and impractical. On the positive side, the room was very clean and warm. Breakfast was by far the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. It resembled hospital food and was a total waste of money. Definitely not worth paying for. Coffee and tea were available for free downstairs, but not in the room. Overall, cleanliness was good, but the room layout and breakfast were very disappointing."

"At first the flat appeared to look clean and be well equipped, unfortunately the basic things like a tea towel or a chopping board were missing which made cooking very difficult. Mattress was uncomfortable and the springs were digging into our bodies so it’s fair to say we had a sleepless stay. To add to it, we were unlucky as we had to evacuate the building one night due to fire alarm. There was no information as to where fire assembly is, no evacuation route shown, message about the evacuation was in Polish only. When we finally found ourselves outside we followed the crowd to what appeared to be a security person. He didn’t speak English. All had to be translated by a random person who volunteered to translate. Lots of scared people not knowing what’s happening and if it’s safe to go back to their accommodations. "
