Hotels with Swimming Pool in Mosinee, Wisconsin

"Our room was spacious and very clean. We have visited this Americinn twice in previous years, and swore to never go back! However, the place is under new ownership, and us run much better. The only problems we encountered were that there was only a very thin "comforter" (more like a thin blanket) on the bed over the top sheet. Wausau is COLD in March! They need to put REAL, lofty quilts on those beds. The other problem was the fact that the only window covering allowed a great deal of light to come into the room. Since there was a VERY large, BRIGHT sodium light closely outside our window, we did not sleep very well at all! I tried to explain it to the desk clerk, suggesting that a light-blocking curtain be put on the windows in rooms that face that light, but I don't think he understood what I was saying, due to a language barrier. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was very good. If we go to this hotel in the future, we will bring 2 quilts with us: one for the bed, and one for the window."

"Room was clean, although the lighting in the room was rather dim. 2 bath towels for a double queen was not enough. didn't request more, just used our beach towels. The location was convenient for our reason for stay (close to hospital) and also for shopping, gas and restaurants. The front desk clerk called me back because there was a question with my cr card. They could not get it to go through, said it had a date of 3/31/26 and they were charging on 4/1/26. either the evening or daytime clerk recorded it incorrectly (??)because the card expiration date was 3/31 = March 2031; so I had to give them another card to use."

"Hotel was not really worth the money and definitely not the extra fee they charge for the “resort” type fee…. Room was very hot, pool/jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast wasn’t great either! Definitely not recommended!"

"Floor in bathroom was all wet, window was open in room. My husband took the time to fix the problem in the bathroom with the toilet that kept running and cleaned up the floor so it wasn't wet."

"There was a beverage can and snack bag on the floor behind the nightstand. Makde me wonder how clean the rest of the place was. The breakfast area was a mess...food on the floor, syrup, etc. on the counters, no spoons, tables full of crumbs. Location is perfect, but I would not go back."
