"No longer served breakfast!!!!! We stayed here about 4 years ago when under different management and were given a full tour of this beautiful, historic home, and had the most delicious breakfast in one of the reception rooms, a table for two. So romantic! Well, new management has stopped serving breakfast and there’s none of the feel of enjoying the reception rooms to sit and read or talk or take in the atmosphere of the olden days. I’m sorry to say it’s now just an expensive hotel with nice furniture. The breakfast was why I booked. Expedia still hasn’t changed the description to reflect this so beware: NO LONGER A B&B. Expedia tried to argue b&b is a kind of accommodation but breakfast isn’t guaranteed: fortunately they gave in and gave me a part refund. I still can’t believe it: a b&b with no breakfast. "
