"Awful room. No working microwave half the lights didn’t work. Handwriting on walls and lampshades. Mold in bathroom. Active drug activity at all hours outside. Drug paraphernalia and items left in staircase, hallways and parking lot. Came out my door to the staircase with people smoking off foils. Staff said it happens daily. People were actively using drugs on the staircase and hallways. DO NOT STAY !!! Welcome to calizona"

"If you like being around crackheads, this is the spot for you. I kept waking up every two hours just to check up on my car. See if anything was stolen the hotel itself inside the room where I stayed. The only thing that was clean was the bed it had an old early 2000s TV walls are very dirty. Paint was peeled wouldn’t recommend for a family with kids. "

"The hotel is really nice! I arrived late, however I was able to join in the evening reception Staff are pleasant Sabrina at front desk is a standout! So helpful...to an older person with health challenges The room was AMAZING! Great variety at breakfast. "

"No water i. Sink...a little in shower. Tje sheets were blood stained like a woman had her period and she just used the bed. Absolutely tje worst motel 6 ive ever stayed at"

"This is a convenient and nice place to stay when coming to the Surprise area. I visit my mother off and on and always stay there because it's spacious, convenient and reasonably priced. The staff is always nice. I have to add an anecdote here. The only elevator broke when I was visiting this time. It was fixed almost immediately. That's what I call maintaining a property. Can't recommend this place enough, especially if you're visiting someone in Peoria or Sun City. It costs a fortune to stay within their city limits."
