"We checked-in here at Brizo Hotel and Beach Resort in Morong Bataan for Dec 3-4, 2022 (saturday-sunday), we were only informed that the pool is not available when we got to the property. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. Central Park Reef Resort

2/10 Terrible

"After we checked in, we noticed cockroaches in the room crawling on the cabinet next to the TV. We asked for assistance and they sent someone to spray. After they sprayed, more roaches came out from behind the false wall. They moved our room and gave us the can of bug spray in case we need in the new room. The new room was very warm and even after hours, the A/C would not cool the room. The next morning we walked on the beach which was covered in trash. I could go on about the food and service but we decided to leave and booked accommodations in another resort. We lost two days as non refundable and upon check out they tried to charge us more for two complimentary bottles of water. They didn’t even ask why we were leaving early. I’m sure it happens all the time. Save your money and your time. Don’t stay here."

"Our stay at Vista Venice Resort in Bataan was truly relaxing and enjoyable. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere, clean surroundings, and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, while the pool area was perfect for unwinding with family and friends. What we appreciated most was the calm ambiance and scenic surroundings, making it an ideal place to escape from the busy city life. The food was also satisfying, and the facilities were well-kept. Overall, Vista Venice Resort is a great destination for those looking for a quiet and refreshing getaway in Bataan. Highly recommended for family outings, team buildings, and weekend vacations."

2/10 Terrible

"This was the worst place I've ever stayed, they had taken all the TVs out of the room they still have the place where they were on the wall TVs were gone. They didn't have Wi-Fi in their rooms though I eventually was able to get the executive Wi-Fi from them and it worked in the room. They had bugs in their room though it was clean it just had bugs. And I didn't stay the second night cuz I was so happy with the place and they told me they would refund my second night and I have not received my refund. So I would never go to this place again and I would never recommend it to anybody."

"Breakfast was amazing, staff was very attentive. Our room had a leaks toilet they were not able to fix and the ceiling light in the shower was half way out of it’s casing. What an amazing resort though! Beach front, private beach with lots of activities onsite. Monkeys are close by. Watch out for your belongings."

"We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly."
