"We are family of 38 pax. Total 5 rooms. No trash can around the resort. Difficult to maintain cleanliness. Ac not working well. Water supply not good. WiFi not good. Lot of dogs at beach. Did not sleep well. Kids not happy. "

We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. It's as if we can still cancel on the spot, how are we able to make a different booking if it was that late. I hope readers could know how...

"The property had just opened which influences all of our experiences. They took a while to find our Expedia reservation, our room had a foul smell, the shower drains were clogged and almost flooded our rooms. The room designs are strange with partial bathroom doors. Staff were very kind, responsive, and accommodating."

"Our room on the bottom floor had open gaps around the front door, and you could see through the open gap. We were concerned about insects coming into the room. Our shower water flooded into the bathroom because the weather stripping around the shower door needed repairing which housekeeping took care of it. "
