"We had a wonderful stay at Kamana Hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the pool; the water was clean and refreshing, making it a great place to relax. The only downside was that the hotel allows only one key per room, which can be inconvenient when there are two adults staying. "The only thing I liked was the location and the staff. The worst part is that I made a reservation for 3 people and they gave me a room with one bed. And they wanted to charge me an extra 500PHP for a bed. And of course I didn't pay. And they put a mattress for the child to sleep on. Other than that, the Resort is old. There are leaking faucets that wet the bathroom floor. The toilet lid is broken. The pool has green water. They turned off the pool lights early. Making it impossible to enjoy the night. The place has an extra 100php per adult and 50php per child for the Environmental Fee. And this information was not available anywhere. to get to the Resort. I thought I was being taxed for being a tourist. Anyway, I will not go back to the hotel. I did not feel comfortable trying the cuisine. I ordered food from Grabb."
