"I stayed for 5 nights. Staff were available 24 hours and very helpful. Room was spacious, clean, well laid out and a safe provided. The ensuite was adequate but dated. There’s no bar and a continental style breakfast available. I will have no hesitation in staying there again"

"This property need a lot of work done before I dare revisit it, I’ve been lied to by the staff, the taxi service scammed us every step of the way, different prices on everything, not worth going out there until they improve the service of their staff and the situation with their rooms, the room was subpar it wasn’t like exactly comfy, the room ac was buggy and the bathroom had a terrible stench/smell to it, the entire time we were there the pool was closed and the Landry was open then closed then open several different people said different things, it’s just frustrating tho that the hotel that cost almost the most on our trip was the worst one that we’ve been to, they need to improve their facilities and their staff and transportation before we come back, it’s a bad issue, but I’m hoping they can improve, and In a few years it will be better than it is today!"
