"We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly."

We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. "Was only there for 3 days 2 nights. Couldnt get the internet to stay connected. Staff was extremely nice but then a few hours later, no internet. One day they came 3 times aven replaced the router. Last day still no internet or compensation. They also tried to charge me for snacks we did not consume. "
