"Breakfast was amazing, staff was very attentive. Our room had a leaks toilet they were not able to fix and the ceiling light in the shower was half way out of it’s casing. What an amazing resort though! Beach front, private beach with lots of activities onsite. Monkeys are close by. Watch out for your belongings."

"We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. "After we checked in, we noticed cockroaches in the room crawling on the cabinet next to the TV. We asked for assistance and they sent someone to spray. After they sprayed, more roaches came out from behind the false wall. They moved our room and gave us the can of bug spray in case we need in the new room. The new room was very warm and even after hours, the A/C would not cool the room. The next morning we walked on the beach which was covered in trash. I could go on about the food and service but we decided to leave and booked accommodations in another resort. We lost two days as non refundable and upon check out they tried to charge us more for two complimentary bottles of water. They didn’t even ask why we were leaving early. I’m sure it happens all the time. Save your money and your time. Don’t stay here."
