"We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly."

"We checked-in here at Brizo Hotel and Beach Resort in Morong Bataan for Dec 3-4, 2022 (saturday-sunday), we were only informed that the pool is not available when we got to the property. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. "The rooms were clean, and we truly appreciated the fresh linen. The bathrooms were ok, but needed deep cleaning. The staff were very nice and friendly. We loved the breakfast which was included in our stay; it was good and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and it was good value for the money :)"
