"Staff are very helpful and courteous. Hotel is nearby upscale shopping mall with fantastic restaurants options. The front desk staff were very helpful accommodating special requests and went beyond to help me. The lobby staff were very kind to letting me know when my transportation arrived avoiding me to wait outside of the hotel for the arrival of the ride share pickup. Awesome staff all around. Mr Darius particularly was an outstanding service representative that really went above and beyond."

"An unforgettable stay. Myself and my wife were only there for two nights, so we did not get to experience all that it has to offer, but what we did experience was excellent. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and we had a great view of the city. The grand foyer made such a big impression on me that I could not help but to stop and record a video of it. On top of this, out of the three top hotels we have stayed at in Makati, The Peninsula offered the best value for the price per night. We will be back again for our next stay in Makati."

"This has become my new number one as far as five star hotels in manilla. Amazing customer service! Everyone in the hotel from the bell hop to the elevator attendant. Hospitality to a whole new level! The location is ideal as well, SM mall located 1 minute walk from the entrance which connects with several other malls attached to that. The smell in the hotel is incredible, no matter what floor or where your at the overwhelmingly pleasent smell is there. The food at the location was astounding. The pantry had an amazing breakfast spread as well, a fine selection of asian dishes. Overall i can't find anything negative to say. Incredible place, would highly recommend. Will absolutely stay again!"
