The staff were friendly and the rooms were lovely. They were able to park our car and hold our bags when we arrived a few hours before check-in. The location is right near the main plaza and we were able to walk everywhere in the center easily. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the rooms are nice and spacious. The shower had very good water pressure and everything was clean. We appreciated the AC as well. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the restaurant in the morning.

It's good if you sleep like a rock!!

It was a good stay near the downtown area. There are a lot of places to see. It's clean they also have a restaurant. If you are a light sleeper this would not be a good fit you may hear the nightclub across the street all night. I didn't hear it buty mother-in-law and husband did!!!

The property is in a great location within a block of the cathedral. Is not noisy as if we would have stayed right by the plaza. Walkable to restaurants and museums. The only thing I would suggest is to shave the bathroom door just a bit as is way to close to the toilet.

This place is beautiful and great location but short on service and there must be a night club next to it because we heard party music well into the night.

Gorgeous Location

The hotel is beautiful and elegant. Check-in and out was easy and pleasant. Staff were on hand and very helpful. Easy to reach at all hours and walked us through our room features. The pictures do not do justice on how beautiful the hotel is.

I lived the architecture and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. I will be staying here in the future. I was worried about the noise with traffic and it was not bad. Enjoyed my stay! There is a lot going on at night there with lots of people hanging out on the plaza and near the cathedral late hours like 12-3 am and it felt safe.

Beautiful property. Excellent food. Did not serve decaffeinated coffee. The suite was large and comfortable with hot showers. Excellent except for the night club across the street with loud music playing until 2am Thursday and Friday.

This hotel has an excellent location, just half a block from the Cathedral. However, it can get noisy at night since it is located in a very busy street. Also, there is no parking on-site, so you will be directed to a parking lot close-by.

This hotel is very clean and walking distance from downtown. A bit inconvenient because has no parking on site. Suite on the back side of the building is next to a club therefore gets very loud from 9pm to 3am so if you are a light sleeper you won’t be able to sleep.
