Excelente ubicación como punto positivo. El personal un poco apático en su atención. Son 2 edificios del mismo hotel donde nada te asegura un lugar para estacionar vehiculo(el mio quedó una noche en la vía pública). Habitaciones un poco pequeñas. Llave de agua caliente suelta.Encontramos 1 cucaracha viva. Las toallas fueron dobladas mojadas y olian mal. Cumple su objetivo de hospedaje pero con algunas incomodidades.

En la recepción un servicio muy lento, no fue lo que yo pagué y la recepcionista pareciera que nos hizo un tremendo favor Lo primero que ves en la habitación es un mensaje de la camarista pidiendo dinero por su trabajo, me parece de muy mal gusto. Demasiado ruido en las habitaciones. Nunca me dijeron donde estaba el estacionamiento y sí pregunté.

Central, but beware what room you get.

Good stay at a central hotel. My reason for the lower score is that our two rooms were placed in their lower end property a block away, even though the price we paid is for the main property that shows up on the photos! The lower-end property is composed of bare rooms with little decoration. They also forgot to give my parents a warm blanket in their room, so they were freezing all night! Hotels.com sells the hotel at a very high rate, and that is for their main property which only has 9 rooms. Anything sold over that will be accommodated in one of two other properties they own in the same street. I recommend booking directly (we extended to a second night and got about half price directly at hotel). Also worth noting: this hotel does NOT include free breakfast, as as noted on my reservation.

La propiedad y el personal son muy aceptables. Lo único malo fue la funcionalidad de la página de expedía, ya que al llegar mi reserva aparecía cancelada y no me llegó ningún aviso, gracias al personal y disposición para servir, pude tener alojamiento.

The hotel has historical charm w/cantera stone native to the area. The rooms were small tight and walls/doors thin. We felt safe overall. Breakfast was included and very good. Staff were great. Our bedding smelled. Stains on throw pillows and very difficult to sleep-noise level was very high in the street and bed was small and uncomfortable. A/C and tv were shut down by the hotel and it got stuffy and hot and smelly. Will not ever return. Sorry
