"This hotel was perfect for our quick trip to Andasibe, VOI MMA is 5-10 mins away and Analamazoatoa about 15mins. The hotel was very welcoming and made a special effort for our honeymoon with lots of candles and petals. The food was good and they arranged our dinner for after our late night walk. Room was large and clean with good shower (hot and good pressure). Very friendly staff."

"I had the unfortunate situation when my Land Cruiser broke down in the challenging roads in Madagascar. I called Expedia but they were not much help. Expedia told the only way they could cancel was for them to contact the hotel. Knowing the challenges with calls in Madagascar, I told Expedia I would call myself as I am here in the country. Sandra answered right away and after I explained my situation told me she would consult with Oliver, the property manager the next day as it was almost 10 pm....

"Bait and switch.We were charged 2 days of breakfest even aftet showing the Expedia booking that showed included breakfast they still demanded we pay. They also said they would honor the Expedia price we previously paid $40 USD Per night(when we extended 2 night's) but on checkout said we had to pay double that per night. The wifi they claimed was good never worked even in the same room as the router."
