Everything was great, only complaint was that the room felt a little damp. It's a great hotel. Close to all the amenities that we needed! Front desk staff and room attendants were super friendly and helpful. Comes with free breakfast which we didn't use because it was too early for us, lol.

The room was outdated however the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable but the carpet dingy ( bring a house sandals to wear i side the room). Tne breakfast were good. Decent variety that was tasty. Overall not a bad stay, just wish thr place was a little more updated.

The only thing that was good about this hotel was the location we needed and the staff were kind & friendly. We were grateful to have been given later check out. This being said, the hotel is very dated and ugly, the carpet in the room felt damp, the shower pressure was so hard and the complimentary breakfast (that was only served until 9:30am) was so awful! It was cold and there was no variety.

- Room was clean, bedding was clean, beds were fine. Fridge and microwave were clean and operational. - Pool was closed for maintenance, and we were not informed on booking. - Room advertised as non-smoking, but had distinct smoke smell. - Air conditioner thermostat was not working. It was set to 68 degrees, and the room was 61 degrees when we arrived. We had to turn it off and on manually. - Complimentary breakfast was cold. - Desk required a credit card authorization for a $250 damage deposit on check in, for a $150 room. - General maintenance was lacking. Some floor trim in the hallway was peeling off the wall, and we couldn't tell if our carpet was damp, or just freezing cold due to the faulty air conditioner.

It’s a great little stay, the amount of side doors to get to different parts of the building was amazing. downfall the key cards didn’t always work on those doors. the breakfast was not great. As a picky eater rubber looking eggs, one style of Hasbrown (seasoned pretty good tho) and then only bacon.. not ideal. No cereal, no pancakes, no variety. To drink Only watered down peach? Juice. Then the pool is FREEZING. Like we didn’t even get in just sat on the edge. Cause it was too cold to get in. It was a heatwave the pool was very much wanted but too cold to get in. Especially with our baby. Who really needed it. Beds were so comfy, cleanliness was good, staff was nice and helpful easy check in, it’s in a good location.

The good - the staff was excellent. From check in to housekeeping and restaurant staff, everyone was so helpful and kind. The housekeeping staff even made a cute little bed for my granddaughters bunny! The bad- the pool was icy cold, and the hot tub was not able to be used. When raining, the roof leaked into the pool. There were many areas that had water damage and had not been repaired. The room was so hot, and unable to be cooled. The breakfast was not very good and the kitchen seemed unable to keep up with the number of people there. Out of the 4 warmers for food, there were usually 2 that were empty. The pancakes were either ice cold or only half cooked. We were offered a discount on our room due to the pool being so cold, which was appreciated.
