The pool heater wasn’t working so it was quite cold, but the room was clean and the breakfast was great. The kitchen staff were so friendly and helpful.
Hotel was clean and the front desk staff was very helpful when we arrived. The negative part would have been a very limited Buffet in the morning.

We stayed for one night while driving through town. Front desk staff were excellent, as was restaurant staff.
Pros: Clean, hot, amazing shower, comfy beds, clean linens.
Cons: Rooms were far too hot. No fan on the hvac system. Solved the problem ourselves by going to Superstore and purchasing a small desk fan for $24
The hotel itself was nice. The room was clean and tidy. No weird stains or smells. The a/c unfortunately wasn't working super well, the room would always be a little warmer than we liked. The breakfast one day was a choice from a menu and another day was a buffet. Both were good, just was confused at the change from day to day.
The pool was freezing. We asked the front desk about it and they said it was set to 67 but there's no way it was 67 it felt like putting your foot in ice water without the ice. There was also a non functioning hot tub as well which sucked to see but not be able to use.
The price was really good for the room and the breakfast was good, I just wished we knew the pool was too cold to actually use.
Welcoming, informative and friendly atmosphere.
My room was very clean.
The cleaning staff asked if I needed more towels when we met in the hallway.(I did not)
Courtesy breakfast was a great start to my day of driving to Calgary.
