They've asked me to pay more for the same room I've booked. Because i wanted the room has elevator service. This is ridiculous.

Rooms and bedding was clean and neat. Outside property had garage all over the place. Grass was non exitance. Very poor first imprecation. Outside entrance door was manual, but inside door was automatic. Both doors should be automatic. Breakfast should be available until 11:00am not 10:00 am. daily.

They attempted to charge me $60.00 dollars more because I refused to enter a room where pets were. As I indicated I don’t want to be in a room where they have pets. As I am allergic to animal hair and business practices are shady. I had paid for the room in advance and could not believe the nerve of asking $60.00 more for the room change.

The flushing sounds from other rooms can easily penetrate into my ears. The window shades can hardly close tightly. The towels are tinted which makes me think they are not clean. However, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good especially the waffle. I love the DIY waffle.
