Be aware that building work being carried out around (and perhaps to) the hotel, Rotterdam appaeras to be never finished and building work everywhere but still a graet location"

"The hotel is like brand new both in the public areas and the rooms. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Airport shuttle every 30 minutes. Excellent food in the restaurant. We plan on returning to this hotel on our next visit to Amsterdam. "

"As usual my booking couldn't be found on the self service screens so had to wait for check in staff which isn't the quickest but they are friendly and helpful. Oddly a "trainee" seemed to be helping another staff member who was struggling to check another guest in, all the whole a random man in a white t-shirt and baseball cap was walking around behind the staff and bar. Presumably another staff member but odd. Good stay, great hotel and nicely placed for my needs Will happily come back again"

"Quietly surprised with this hotel, wasn't expecting much when i booked. However on arrival, we were greeted with a easy book in system, a swanky modern reception area and went to the room. Bed was a little small, but the room was really nice. Will book again if ever back in Rotterdam"

"The hotel is very convenient to the cruise port location and also the food haven. The only thing i didn't like is the steps in front of the hotel, not convenient when you're bringing in heavy luggages especially for seniors."
