The room is spacious compared to other places, with a kitchen and appliances we didn’t really use but it’s nice to have. The staff was very polite and helpful and keep the room clean. Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Montreal Centre-ville Ouest by IHG
I didn't like that today, December 26th, they accessed my credit card and charged CAD 86. They didn't specify what it was for when I left an additional CAD 100 as a security deposit. I think it's an excessive abuse and I demand an explanation.
