The Royal Oak Hotel, Welshpool, Mid Wales
Best bed for us on this trip. Also only host to provide a shower cap. A room on the other side of the building would have been excellent but unfortunately we were assigned a room next to the Main Street and had a sleepless night due to the traffic noise.

The Talbot Hotel
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate. We had an evening meal which was lovely. The choice for breakfast was amazing from the fresh fruit to the cooked breakfast. Would recommend and definitely stay again

I booked on behalf of one of our engineers, who found the cabin to be very dirty with little to no hot water, and infestation of insects and no WIFI as mentioned in the accommodation list.
