"The room (shepherds hut) was great just the right size for two of us and the hot tub was huge. We didn’t need to ask for anything but saw the staff at the other huts and lodges cleaning etc, always very chatty when we saw them. Location was a little bit difficult to find but once there we were fine. Very close to Elan Valley and we had a view of one of the dams from out hut which was beautiful. All in all we had a great stay."

"We stayed for three nights in Snowy Lodge. Check in was easy, your keys are left in an envelope in the small reception, theres a map on the wall to tell you where to go. Take note with regards to check in and check out. Hotels.com states check in at 5 o'clock when its actually between 4 and 5 and check out at 9 when its actually 9:30 to 10. "Lovely, easy accessible hotel room, clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom was clean, bath had a chip in bottom, but didnt affect use and shower curtain could do with updating. Next to a lovely pub. Food was nice and service good and very easy to walk into the town and back, safely at night too, would recommend for the price!"
