Free access to the property from one “card key controlled” door that we know of. Security could be improved. No housekeeping for the five days that we were there. Pool area should be cleaned daily when pool is open. Breakfast was EXCELLENT! Amazing front desk staff!!!

The room layout was awesome. The breakfast was awesome. I gave a four star rating to maintenance only because there was a wet carpet area due to an air conditioner leak but was unnoticeable unless you walked barefoot on it. We were pleased to be able to notify the front desk so they could handle it after we checked out and avoid a mold problem.

Location was great, staff was very friendly and helpful, parking was free and we were able to get a handicap place right near the door. However, we had 2 towels 2 hand towels in the 2 bedroom suite, they were aware that we had 4 adults. The staff gladly gave us the towels we needed but I’ve never stayed anywhere were there wasn’t towels in the room. Breakfast was delicious and again the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice staff and the room was nice. Toilet seat needed replaced as it was chipped and broken. Bathroom door need the hinges tighten, but other than those 2 small items our stay was terrific!

Staff excellent, especially breakfast staff. Room was clean but didn’t get serviced. Front desk always had be right back sign. Large dead cockroach by the elevator never removed from Wednesday until Sunday evening though reported. But no sign of bugs in the room.
