"Couldn't keep up with coffee. Sunday morning a baseball team was eating breakfast so they pretty much took up the eating area. An hour later the hot items weren't hot/ lukewarm . Had to wait for coffee. NO ELAVATOR. Had to walk up 18 steps with your luggage plus no cart to put luggage on as we were on the second floor. Railings wobbly, not secure."

"Although its per-friendly and the room that was designated for tenant with pet, the room smells “pet scent” lingering the room. Needs to be clean up good."

"The first room we had smelled like dog , we went a requested a different room, we were given another room much better, but that room the walls were so dusty we could have wrote in the dust."

"The shower was not hot, the shower pressure was a trickle, breakfast was bad enough that we found a restaurant the second day (out of eggs, the waffle maker was not maintained, so you couldn't remove a cooked waffle cleanly. There was a false alarm at 4:22 am with no follow up to let guests know that it was a false alarm."

"The hotel was overall a nice well kept facility and the staff were friendly. In fact they were very helpful in mailing back a book that had got misplaced in the room. The only issue we had was that despite reserving a king bed ten months earlier when we arrived they told us we had to have two queens. No other offer of upgrade, refund or explanation was given. Arriving on the day and expecting your choice of room is foolish, but ten months in advance should be enough to reserve a room for a night of your preference. Other than that the hotel was clean and tidy and the breakfast was warm and fresh. So a mainly positive, if not excellent experience. "

"We checked in a little bit after 4PM and got our room keys. No elevator and we were on the second floor. So we got our luggage up the stairs and I opened the door. No bed made, dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Down the front desk and they send up house keeping and the room was cleaned. Later on we tried to warn up some water in the microwave and it set itself almost on fire. The desk chair lost a wheel. And then I discovered that the smoke detector was missing. Next morning the chair and the microwave were replaced. The staff was very nice and helpful."
