"It was a good stay but the parking at the building is pretty tough. You would see A LOT of scratches on the wall because vehicles keeps hitting it. I think the space for the parking is simply BAD DESIGN. I don't want to park there again."

"The property is very close to the Plaza Mayor on a pedestrian street. The room was okay for an overnight stay. It is located next to a restaurant with a huge beer menu and very good pizza. We did have a problem with check-in. There isn’t anyone to check you in; you have to do it yourself on a tablet. We didn’t get an email with the booking number that we needed to check-in. I found it on the Hotels.com app, but it required some searching. "
