"I liked the clean room, staff hospitality, parking, 24/7 restaurant service, and food. The only issue is that my room shower and sink were pooling. I called the front desk and they send the maintanance crew rightaway, but the issue was temporary fixed. I hope that is taking care of. However, I am willing to visit and comeback to this hotel."

"To start off we had many issues with parking, once there we had no help with our luggage never did anyone sent help. The room was super hot and it had a smell, our sink was clogged and the shower head was what I looked clogged because there was no pressure . Overall we were very uncomfortable and decided to book another hotel for the night. They didn’t wanted to cancel the night we had left or even compensate us with a refund. So won’t be coming back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !"

"No es posible que el estacionamiento esté en el sótano y no haya escaleras eléctricas o elevador, tiene uno que subir las escaleras cargando la maleta y el bell boy lo espera a uno arriba al termino de la escalera ya que se va la maleta rodando y ahi si le tomn la maleta y todavía sube uno sudado y quiere propina, que baje al sotano por la maleta que se gane su propina, si hay vallet parking pero obviamente hay que darle 50 pesos por bajarlo y 50 por subirlo, el vehículo: esa es la principal queja y que el encargado de mantenimiento nunca atendió mi llamada, lo solicité por un detalle técnico de la pantalla de TV y el señor jamás llegó se solicitó en dos ocasiones a recepción y nadie atendió la necesidad del cliente."
