"Overnight stay as family. Only 5 min walk from Livorno train station. Clean room and quiet. Bed comfortable, big and clean bathroom. Pisa is a short train journey (15 mins/£2.50 train fare one way). Accessible to airport as well (40 min by train). Although we didn’t have breakfast as had to check out early, was told they serve breakfast early (6 am), would have rated higher if it is included in the room price."

"A good place to stay close to the beach and with a good pool area. The breakfast was very good and the rooms okay. On the downside - the cleaning of the rooms could be better and there was far too much noise from the evening entertainment (it was to laud and going on to long past 23:30). Otherwise a general good hotel with nice and service minded staff "

"Great location to explore the countryside of Tuscany. The rooms were just as pictured and described. The staff is hands down EXCELLENT in their customer service and assistance to visitors to the area. Would definitely stay there again!!!"
