"The front desk was helpful up to a point. I pointed out that our room phone had not successfully completed a phone call since 2024. I asked for a working phone and he shrugged his shoulders and said sorry we are full. No more phones. I asked if he would get someone to fix the phone and he said sorry no. No effort to write a note to management for maintenance. The woman the next day was marginally helpful with advice for the bus system, but pointed out the she personally never rides the bus because she has a car. So do I, at home, but how was this helpful for tourists such as ourselves? The property has an amazing location with clean and comfortable rooms although the climate system is barely adequate and confusing to use."

"A great hotel situated a short walk from the historic Pisa Tower. Very comfortable air conditioned room and bathroom. The hotel is inside the ZTL so be sure to let the staff know if you arrive by car so they can register the trip (and avoid a fine). Then you will need to park outside the walls. Lots of options to eat nearby and breakfast is all you need."
