"Hotel is outstanding, itā€™s over 500 years old and itā€™s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesnā€™t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ā€¦.we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irinaā€™s help this morning on the check out. "
