O Hotel é excelente entretanto não há nenhuma informação chamando a atenção sobre os quartos SEM AR CONDICIONADO!! Quando chegamos fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Walter, mas estava muito quente e foi difícil conseguir um quarto com ar condicionado! Outro ponto foi que a reserva era para DUAS camas e não havia disponibilidade para todos os quartos reservados! Foram 3 quartos reservados sendo que 2 deveriam ter 2 camas! Tentaram ajustar mas no fim tivemos que aceitar um dos quartos com 1 cama e sem ar condicionado! Veja falha no site do Hoteis.com pois deveriam avisar os clientes quando há falta de um item de conforto tão importante!

Estadia foi muito boa, hotel novo, e funcionários atenciosos. O café é muito bom, mas não espetacular. E poderia estar mais bem cuidado o quarto. Apesar de novo, tem algumas manchas na parede, e um spot de luz estava pendurado.

Hotel MARAVILHOSO.

O Vivas é uma delicia de Hotel. Todos os anos eu e meu noivo nos hospedamos nele. Pensando em circuito das malhas, couro e águas, o Vivas é sempre a nossa casa. Cordialidade dos funcionários, limpeza do hotel, café da manhã DIVINO e preço justo são os carros chef’s de lá. Além do Dono ser uma simpatia de pessoa, que sempre está servindo os hóspedes no café da manhã, trazendo para o Buffet tudo que desejarmos :) Vivas é felicidade e satisfação na certa. Amamos :)

Boa tarde , o hotel teve alguns problemas com a calefação (água quente) no momento de minha estadia, que logo foi resolvido , outro questão seria a garagem que não estava funcionando o portao Eletronico , tinha que abrir manualmente. Fora isso estava tudo ok

O quarto estava infestado de formigas, perdi todos os pacotes de doces que comprei durante a viagem. A porta do box do chuveiro estava quebrada, para tomar banho, sem molhar todo o banheiro, tivemos de escorar a porta com pote de shampoo. E o café da manhã muito fraquinho, sem opção de bolos e biscoitos. Pão francês estava duro.
