"The hotel is in a great location. However, it needs some updating. The biggest thing is the elevator needs to be updated!!!! My sister and I got stuck inside which was a traumatic situation. It stopped and the doors opened half way then the doors got stuck and it would not move once the doors closed. The staff acted like this happens all the time. It was extremely hot and no air and a frightening experience. Other guests were complaining about the elevator to deaf ears. It might be a good idea to update the breakfast with a bit more options. The rest of the stay was good."

The front desk staff was more than accommodating with recommendations, coordinating taxi rides and all around fantastic service. The rooms were spotless, the views were amazing and location was unbeatable. The Sublimis staff truly made our experience in Camogli unforgettable and I hope you can experience the same. "Great stay - staff were really lovely and breakfast was delicious! Excellent air con and spacious rooms. The only downside was the fridge was loud in the rooms at night and we were on the 4th floor and the staff on the roof woke us up a few nights moving the chairs and tables around on the terrace."

"Beautiful property and location. Everyone on the staff was pleasant and welcoming. Vistamare breakfast and dinner were excellent. Pool and beach area are well kept and inviting. The concierge and reception staff were all first class and provided exemplary service. I would highly recommend this luxurious property if you are staying in or near Santa Margarita Ligure."

"We had a fantastic stay and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and very well equipped with everything we needed. It felt comfortable and welcoming throughout our stay, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention has gone into making guests feel at home. We particularly loved spending time outside. The setting was peaceful and the views were beautiful, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day out. One of the highlights of our stay was arriving to find a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture from the host. We enjoyed it outside while watching the sunset, and it made for a truly memorable evening. Thank you so much for the lovely drink—it was very much appreciated and added a really special touch to our stay. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was obvious that they genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay.
