Literally just a stone’s throw from Camogli train station, this hotel is a convenient base for exploring nearby towns, islands, or simply enjoying Camogli itself. The hotel has a quirky and unusual design that adds character, though it is on the pricier side, it would have been nice if some spa services were included in the rate. Room cleaning took place quite early, around breakfast time, so our bin was already full by the time we checked out. Although the staff from reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant were all friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the rooftop area provided amazing views , definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Garage spazioso, letti comodi, riparazioni a moquette approssimative. Un 5 stelle co tavoletta del bagno senza rallentatore di chiusura non si può vedere. Spigoli delle porte già danneggiati da carrelli di servizio. Dei due ascensori uno non ha funzionato per tutto il soggiorno. 4 stelle erano più adatte.

We stayed at Paradise Suite (a premium room) with two kids at the hotel. It’s smelled like cigarette smoke - really strongly. A stale cigarette smoke not because someone was smoking next door but more likely becuase someone stayed there long term who was a smoker. The suite was soaked in old cigarette smoke. When I brought it up to the front desk I felt like my concerns were complete brushed off. I demanded to speak to the manager who was in the management room right behind the reception. The manager did not come out. I insisted for him to come out to I can speak about the issue. He refused to come out and said he is available after 2pm through the receptionist. I wasn’t willing to wait for 3hrs and I asked him to call. He didn’t call either. Very frustrating experience specially when you pay for a premium room. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means

The Carrick Hotel is well-located at the southern tip of Camogli. It's a short walk to the train station and the beach but it is on a quiet edge of the road. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The breakfast each morning is delicious and the rooftop is beautiful! We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed in the Suite Paradiso. The room wasn't huge but it was okay for a family of 4 and good enough for our 4 night stay. Housekeeping , staff at the bar and restaurants were exceptional and very friendly and informative. Fitness center was small but clean and good equipment. I only wished we could've connected to our tv for Netflix. We recommend this hotel and would come back to visit again.

This hotel appeals impressive but as soon as you walk in somebody try to sell you beech towel, sauna ticket, or dinner special of the hotel. The hotel is good for 3 star and not deserving five star hotel. Family friends stuck n elevator and they couldn’t get them out for 45 minutes on middle of the night. And the management stated no problem we called the services right away. Some of the staff is well trained some of them have language barriers.

Staff is amazing (especially Leo and Carlina). Hotel is beautiful. Room is large and comfortable (great bed and great shower). Breakfast was wonderful. Kitchen stays open late for late arrivals and food was delicious. 5 minute walk to the sea, so great location. Parking in Camogli can be difficult, especially on a busy weekend. A couple of garages above the hotel that are a little cheaper than the hotel parking if you can find them.
