"The second we got there the glass on the main entry door was shattered. The room had a horrible smell. We were there for a concert so EVERYTHING else was sold out. The toilet seat wasn’t even attached so it pinched us every time we used it. The drawer on the end table fell off when we tried to open it. Didn’t enjoy our stay at all"

"What looked like blood stains on the floor. I booked a handicapped accessibility room, i got a room that was so small that no wheelchair could've fit and a tub that i as a prosthetic wearing person couldn't use due to its height and lack of shower chair. The tv didn't work and the bed was the most uncomfortable ive ever slept on in my 49 years of life and ive slept on the floor. "

"Room was clean. Pillows a bit firm for my preference. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had decent options for a free meal. Did not use pool or hot tub, although they were busy. Hotel is older. Rooms have been remodeled. Worked for our budget. 1 night stay. "

"The sink plugged and would not drain. We notified staff several times at front desk in person. The drain was never fixed or the room attended to. For a two night stay we did not have a sink to use. Also our room was never cleaned or fresh towels. This situation was reported to the front desk staff at check out. We were given verbal apologies, but charged full price. My request for compensation or discount was totally denied. Yes we did get to sleep in a bed, but that was it . WHAT WILL BE DONE FOR US NOW THAT YOU KNOW. We paid a lot for a room and were totally inconvenienced. Also on there was no breakfast on day 2 of our stay. It was Mother’s Day and we were told there was staffing issues. They offered luke warm coffee and plastic packaged muffins. PLEASE RESPOND"
