"Room was cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable. Upon initial check in the gentlemen was not to pleasant and to be honest a bit rude, when I questioned him about staying an additional night, sure wish I got his name. On the flip side the next morning, there was another staff member (Sissi) which was extremely helpful on establishing a reservation for an additional night. There was another staff member (Irma) who also assisted. These 2 ladies deserve some type of recognition that each front desk employee should hold themselves to their standards of customer service and politeness. "

The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Great location for getting around Salzburg, and overall a very comfortable, stress-free stay."
