The Condado Plaza Hotel
The fridge, coffee maker and closet are in the bathroom with the toilet & shower…not exactly convenient if you’re not alone. The bathroom door has gaps so very little privacy. The room lock malfunctions so you need the room key to lock the door. There’s only 1 elevator working. The partial ocean ...

Closed all but 1 pool for a festival. One pool for an entire hotel of guests. Festival music didn’t stop until midnight.

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino
Breakfast was very mid and the place didn’t match what was advertised to be honest. The amenities were good but the rooms themselves were more like a motel room instead of a hotel room. TheThe price didn’t match the rooms. Wouldn’t recommend.
