"Honestly, this was more than a disappointment! The blinds/window looking out on the parking lot were very worn; it looked like the window needed some attention. I just trusted that nobody was going to try to break in. The strangest thing was that the TV, which was connected in the back to some kind of cable was completely unusable! I didn't bother asking for help, because in my previous encounter with the maintenance fellow he did not really speak English. So... earlier after checking in and opening the door to the room, I looked around and then went off to park the car closer to the room. As soon as I closed the door, however, I discovered that the lock you can use to deny access to anyone breaking in from the outside had slid into place, making it impossible for me to get back in the door. In the end, the maintenance guy knew what to do and fixed it with a wire that he looped around the locking mechanism and then shut the door, after which the door was able to be opened completely. It just felt a little grungy -- like the whole place was from 30 or 40 years ago, and just hadn't been kept up very well. One of my absolute worst overnight stays, sorry to say."

"Very old. Sheets had holes in them. Pillows were terrible. The toilet rocked. The tiles in the bathroom rocked. The fridge was iced over. No smoking, but people around us were smoking. The room was pretty clean."

"The property was exceptionally clean, and the room had a fresh, pleasant scent. The environment was good and conducive to rest, with minimal noise throughout my stay. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the convenient location—directly across from Walmart—added to the overall positive experience. I would gladly choose to stay here again on future visits to Ohio."

"We checked in they did not have the correct room I booked they were sold out. The woman at the front desk never informed me until we walked in our room and it was smaller with no sofa bed. We then used the toilet and it overflowed onto the floor. The space where we are supposed to have a refrigerator is empty And it was never disclosed on the booking site that this location is under construction. The pictures look nothing like this hotel. We are extremely disappointed and don’t even want to stay tonight but it is too late to travel home and everything is booked on the area. We will be checking out first thing in the morning. We would likes full refund Thank you"

"My king bed room was fine. It’s just the rest of the place that looks a bit worn. There are big rig trucks parked on one side of the hotel, and when I got there, someone was blasting music while cleaning out his car and the people next to him were grilling in the parking lot. The common spaces smelled a bit of cigarettes and there isn’t an elevator to the second floor. The vibe didn’t make me feel totally comfortable but I was fine once in the room. It was clean and quiet."
