"Our first contact with the hotel right before checking in was problematic. While we were lost in our walk toward the hotel pulling our suitcases on the cobblestone area surrounding the hotel, we called the hotel and asked them for help. However the man on the line after hearing us being lost, to our surprise hung up the phone!! We were assisted by passers-by to guide us to the Piazza della vigne.
