"This guesthouse markets itself as a hotel. They won't let you keep your luggage there, they have all these weird rules about everything and were completely unprofessional when I texted them, yelling at me. I would not recommend to stay here, as it was the cheapest option in the city, it was truly terrible and extremely expensive for what you got which is like nothing. The communication of this was poor. Rosella was prompt to help us and explian we had booked apartment accommodation but Expedia image incorrect. "Our stay in Polignano a Mare was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, offering breathtaking views of the sea right from our suite. Cosimo (manager) was exceptionally friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions on where to park and even upgrading us to a beautiful suite with best and amazing view. "It is a nice looking lovely hotel. However i would never have stayed here if i knew that the dance area was going to be a disco blasting music and the DJ unti 1:30 AM. If you are looking to sleep this is NOT the place to stay. I was told by the staff others had complained as well. I was many floors above it and it kept us awake. I was told the manager would conract me. I never heard from the manager. My advice stay elsewhere. "

"The room was really clean. I really enjoyed their shower and water. Pressure was amazing. It was my first night in Italy and as an American it was hard for me to adjust to the time change. I ended up staying up until 5am and then I overslept. Checkout is 11 AM. They were very accommodating and let me have an extra hour so I could get ready for the day."
