"We’re in a deep sleep when the hotel phone rang 3x at 6am. When I picked up nobody’s answering. It’s really disturbing. Aside from that everything’s good."

"Treasure Island is a great value and great location. We chose the run of the house as the cheapest option. They didn’t have any king beds when we got there so we upgraded to the petite suite. Great room. After a night in that room we noticed a smoking smell in the room unusual as neither of us don’t smoke. They sent an engineer up and he said he could smell something in the lobby and it may have gotten into our room. A quick phone call to the front desk and they resolved it by moving us. They were out of petite suites and moved us into an executive suite no additional charge. Fantastic customer service. We were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday and this was a huge part of the success equation!! Thanks TI and your amazing staff. Great perks at the hotel with FREE PARKING, pool, gym, etc. very good security presence and we felt safe the whole time. This is a great location and I feel it’s in the heart of all things walking for the Vegas strip. "

"The pool is hands down the best, but bring your own floaty from home if you plan on going to the lazy river. They dint rent them they sell them and they are expensive!"
