But why send us a mail the day before our arrival saying looking forward to welcoming you, come and try our delicious food: but on arrival we found out the restaurant is closed at the weekend so we had to drive to town( after a long drive already) to find a restaurant? Not impressed.

그르노블 가는 길에 들렀어요. 위치는 나쁘지 않았고 가격이 저렴해서 예약했어요. 하지만 객실에는 편하게 사용할 수 있는 콘센트도 없고 티비 코드를 뽑고 핸드폰을 충전해야했어요. 방음은 잘 되는 것 같았어요. 단지 욕실 천장 안쪽으로는 곰팡이가 펴서 그렇게 기분이 좋진 않았지만 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고 특히 직원들이 친절했습니다. . 주차장도 넓고 잘 되어있어 편했어요. 하루 이틀 지내는 것은 나쁘지 않다고 생각해요.

Je n'ai pas pour habitude de critiquer mais pour le coup c'est nécessaire. État général de la chambre. Propre mais dans un état décoratif totalement hors du temps. Mobilier en mauvais état. Tv totalement dépassée Salle de bain des années 60 avec murs en liège et grille pain comme chauffage. La poubelle de la chambre n'avait même pas été vidé à mon arrivée. Cet hôtel gère également un première classe ( même parking) Chambre bruillante. Seul point positif, la qualité de la literie. Petit déjeuner absolument pas à la hauteur d'une offre campanile. Personnel non formé, totalement dépassé et désorganisé. Ils ont même osé me réclamer le règlement du Petit déjeuner à 6:30 le matin alors que ce dernier était réglé depuis la veille. A éviter. Travaux importants d'amélioration urgent

Chambre payé pour 3 lits une place, hors le troisième lit proposé est un lit de camps pliable et non confortable. Les deux lits une place sur roulette qui font rouler et glisser si on bouge un peu dans la nuit. La chambre est sale, j'ai laver la baignoire et les toilettes qui avaient encore des poils.... De plus, lors de la réservation j'avais signalé souhaiter payer en espèce dès mon arrivée. Hors l'équipe s'est permise de prélever sur mon compte sans mon accord avec l'empreinte carte bleue que j'avais laissé par sécurité comme demandé lors de la réservation... Je déconseille
