Great location in quiet and safe side street. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast selection ok. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The carpets in the hallways look already very worn down and stained and Impression could be much improved by changing them. Overall for great value for money!

If you want home or resident like stay with fridge cooking clothes drying then this is right it's studio equipped flat rented okay quality furnishings. utensils either use their or us own and wash in sink being vegeterain as limited options this place perfect of course like resident you need to clean your own stuff or don't create mess

Apparently heated water wasn't working on our 2nd night, therefore the receptionist provide us another room for us to take a shower. Otherwise everything is to our satisfaction.

Connection to Wi-Fi is not so convenient in the sense that we had to register everyday when we connect to Wi-Fi. Security of Wi-Fi seems to be necessary to be upgraded.

This place is the definition of wolf in a sheepskin! The building outside looks good but the inside is a prison! Pros: location Cons: very very very outdated Check in was a disaster ( the place was closed despite the posted open hours online / they make their own hours ) Guests MUST clean their own room upon departure or a charge of 45 euros will be added The door from the shower feel off while trying to shower ( this place should be closed down ) Fire alarm missing Drying rack in the bathroom broken Mattress from 1997 ( terrible bed) YOU ARE BETTER OFF SLEEPING OUTSIDE UNDER A BRIDGE

Beware of the website!

Beware of the website: the rooms in the photos look bright and inviting; they are dark and dreary without a comfortable place to sit and with very limited lighting in the bathroom. The website says limited parking is available; it does not say parking must be reserved ahead of time (if not reserved then you are advised of the closest lot which costs 32euros/day. We found one a little further for 16). A coffee pot is provided however it uses a specific pod that can only be purchased at the hotel. And be prepared to listen to water running all night long - loud enough to disrupt sleep even with a pillow over your head. When I asked about it I was told it was the normal sounds of the building. If you can tolerate all the negatives, you’ll at least find the location to be good.

グルノーブル訪問時の定宿ですが、スタッフのフレンドリーな対応をはじめ、いつも問題なく利用できています。朝食は基本的に毎日同じメニューでしたが、パンやコーヒーの種類なども豊富で問題はありません。

This is a mediocre property with below-average service. It started poorly, with a locked lobby door that required a two-button click to get noticed by the hotel personnel. I did the two clicks sequentially, then simultaneously, but no cigar. So I called the facility, and a guy came out explaining that I did it all wrong because "you need to do it sequentially."! Once in, and I was finally checking in, the rather unpleasant guy was droning on and on about complicated rules and conditions of the stay, penalties for losing keys, etc. I finally get to my room, and the flooring is orange linoleum, and really cheap and old, damaged furniture. Not recommended at all.

Agréablement suprise

Le séjour fut très agréable. Hotel chaleureux. La literie très doux. Tout est fonctionnel et propre hormis les rideaux des fenêtres qui avait quelques tâches. On peut faire son repas, la vaisselle est propre, frigo ok. De facon générale on entend pas les bruits extérieur sauf dimanche matin vers 9h40 où on a été réveillé par un bruit que j'assimilais la cloche de l'église mais que finalement c'était pas ça. Si jamais je reviens à Grenoble, j'hésiterai pas à y revenir.
