"The check in is terrible, if you need to communicate with anyone you need to wait ages until an assistant responds your WhatsApp request. There is no phone to call and no desk service, no receptionist, nobody to help you and the security guys are good persons but not trained to give us any instructions. The hotel is relying too much in AI and forgetting that we are all humans and may need assistance, and that sometimes guests are not Portuguese speakers.
The room is not as clean as I would like: There was hair in 6the floor and a lot of dust under the bed and in the corners, awful for alergic guests!
There was not a single brush to clean the toilet, and the kitchen supplies were not enough for 2 people.
Because it is located near the airport that is a noisy area with airplanes passing very often, but that was expected.
Apart from that, the apartment is nice and has a great view, gym and pool. It is also located in a good neighborhood, only one block away from a big shopping mall and a good bakery, walking distance to restaurants. The bed is comfortable and they provide toiletries."
