"What a fascinating property-a chance to sleep in a historic castle! The property has been well renovated: the rooms are large & have luxury features…..like heated bathroom floors!! The breakfast buffett was huge - I loved the festive tree-shaped scrambled egg molds. We loved exploring the common rooms & seeing all the historic furniture."

"This time, we couldn't be accommodated in this property due to the fact we had forgotten one photo ID. We understood that'. The receptionist perfectly explained the rules. The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. It was bizarre. After calling the hotel's restaurant first we heard we need to come back to do refund difference through the terminal which was rather inconvenient while we just returned back home. Fortunately, quite promptly, the restaurant manager called us back and mentioned that all had been fixed. It was a very unfortunate stay for us this time comparing to our very first visit in this hotel last year. I am aure that next time we will be able to enjoy this hotel facilities fully again. Thank you "

"Everything was as advertised. Has a few private parking spots right outside but there was also plenty of on street parking just across the road. Breakfast was good. No issues "

"I stayed here for two nights while attending an event in Terezin. I did not realize that most of the guests would be team members from sports teams. That made for an interesting vibe, but everyone -- EVERYONE - was super calm, polite, and quiet. My room was a single and it was small, but efficient. My window opened all the way which was great because I could get fresh air and cool the room off at night. I was on the 5th floor which I was glad about. Parking was free and right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and really I could not have been more pleased with the whole set-up. If I'm ever in this area I will definitely stay again. "
