Tolles Hotel in einer super Lage im Osterzgebirge, ideal zum Wandern. Das Personal war stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wir haben uns daher sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist absolut reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, da ist für jeden etwas dabei, ein großes Lob an die Küche! Die Classic Zimmer sind klein, aber absolut gemütlich und vor allem sauber. Es gibt ein schönes Freizeitprogramm sowie Kino und einen tollen Pool. Ein sicherer Hotelparkplatz ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt die Straße hinunter. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Saunabereich erinnert mich an ein DDR Kinderheim. Frühstück war auch vernünftig.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab viele Annehmlichkeiten wie das Kino, den Innenpool etc. Das Essen hat geschmeckt und für alle war etwas Leckeres dabei.Unser Zimmer war gut, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Alles in allem:Super. Kommen gerne wieder.

Es gab keine Minibar, nicht ausreichend Handtücher waren bei Anreise vorhanden. Die Saunieren war kostenpflichtig. Zu großes Hotel und sehr, sehr laut. Im Restaurant standen wir manchmal 15 Minuten und niemand kam, obwohl andere Gäste bereits am Platz waren. Als wir endlich platziert wurden, dauerte es ewig bis wir bedient und unsere Getränke kamen. Mein Würzfleisch wurde lauwarm geliefert. Das Besteck wurde oben am Kopf mit den Fingern der Kellnerin angefasst, ohne Handschuhe. Am 3.8. gingen keine Duschen im Schwimmbad. Es war auch nicht möglich die Toiletten und die Waschbecken zu benutzen. Es wurde keiner vorher darüber informiert.

Es war eine schöne Zeit, besonders für unseren Enkel von 6 Jahren. Das Angebot für Kinder ist toll und auch die Einrichtung ist super o.k. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen gern mal wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es war sehr schön, vor allem für unsere Enkelin. Leider schloss die Sauna schon 20.00 Uhr, so dass nur einer diese nutzen konnte. Am Abreisetag (Montag) war dann das Abendessen nur noch von 18.00 bis 20.00 Uhr, das Kino ging von 18.00 bis 19.45 Uhr, so dass wir fast kein Essen mehr bekommen hätten. Aber der Service hat uns dann noch bedient, vielen Dank dafür

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr familienfreundlich. Pool, Fitness usw. können kostenlos genutzt werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr reichhaltig. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter kommt innerhalb vom Hotel nie Langeweile auf. Es ist auch toll, das Wanderungen und andere Freizeitangebote geplant und organisiert werden. Auch Aktivitäten für Kinder (Geschichten erzählten, Rätselabende, Lagerfeuer und Stockbrot) werden angeboten. Sowas habe ich, in der Form, das erste Mal erlebt. Das die Einrichtung der Zimmer schon etwas "abgelebt" ist, tut aber dem Aufenthalt keine Abstriche. Alles in allem war unser kleiner Kurztrip wirklich sehr schön.

Besonders positiv fanden wir als Großeltern das ausgewogene Freizeitangebot für alle Altersgruppen ,besonders aber für die Kinder. Für den Spaß im Schnee wurde hervorragendes Material bereitgestellt, so dass jeder zum begeisterten Wintersportler werden konnte.
