"The staff was very friendly and amazing upon arrival. They gave us good information as well as provided us with a map. The air-conditioning was nice and cool. The rooms stood tend to keep all of the loud volume away. The only unfortunate thing that we would have to say is that the breakfast was not up to par the coffee was served cold on another day. The water for the tea was cold as well. The water in general was never cold and the yogurt was a liquid concentration."

"The room was tiny but very clean. We had a double room, 2 twin beds on one side and a double bed on the other and connected by a bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful and they made many offerings for 3 of us who are celiacs!"

"Lovely hotel with a great swimming pool. It was our second time there and the staff were still as friendly and helpful as we remembered. Manuel was great and really helped us as we were checking out and searching for a restaurant for lunch. The only downside was the dinner at the hotel - in a region where the food is exceptional the food fell short. We didnt have breakfast but the buffet did look good. Would be nice to go back for a third visit!"

"Quiet location 15 min walk from the central train station. Very friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. We had an issue with one of the rooms but this was resolved quickly and an alternative room offered. Good breakfast and also had a nice meal here. Underground garage was an advantage with ability to book our space for a small fee."
