Mit (Klein-)Kind hat es durchaus ein paar Tücken: - es gibt keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zinmer (doof für Babynahrung) - es gibt kein Licht in der Dusche, sobald man den Vorhang zuzieht - die Temperatur der Dusche wechselt ultra schnell von sehr sehr warm zu kalt - Duschwanne ist sehr rutschig - Zimmer lässt sich nicht komplett abdunkeln (doof für etwaigen Mittagsschlaf) - Zimmer ist nachts sehr hellhörig. "We stayed for 1 night. The property is elegantly decorated. The area is residential and you can reach the center of the city easily by car and public transport and even by walking for a bit more. Parking on the road was easy to find. The room was clean , spacious with comfortable beds .We asked for a cot and it was provided although it was not mentioned in the amenities, therefore we would advise the property to edit their amenities description. "Nice place and nice stay. It is high up so if you plan to walk you will have some uphill climbing. Breakfast was good. Spa hours shorter on weekends so plan accordingly. One issue if you have a room without a terrace it is difficult to get air into the room due to the design of the windows and it can get hot when the sun is on your side of the building."

"Fine apartment on second floor. 6 days stay. We did not make use of room service. It was nice and clean everywhere in the building. Two persons needed to park the car as it is very tight parking. Breakfast fine. Yes we may be back some day"

"Hotel romance was a wonderful place to stay in Karlovy Vary. It was a little difficult to get there from the train station as you had to take a bus and then walk down to the hotel. Apple Maps gave us the wrong directions, and we climbed a huge set of stairs and then walk down the street to the same place. However, after getting their list, app could not have been nicer. The breakfast food was delicious and I had a wonderful massage."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here."

"Great property. Beautiful exterior. Lovely dining hall. Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. Very close to the bus and train stations and walkable to rest of Karlovy Vary. I would definitely stay here again."
