"They earn the Excellent in their name. There is plenty to do just on the property in terms of activities and shops. The rooms are also one of the largest sized ones I could find here in Nagoya."

"Great location that is adjacent to Nagoya station as well as shopping and restaurants. If I may give one suggestion, I wish there was a coin laundry room in the hotel. The weather has been so hot and needed to change clothes twice a day. The laundry service is a bit pricey and I would rather do my own laundry instead of using the laundry service. Please consider. "

"Hotel is very close to the station. Breakfast was meh - just a donut, pastry and coffee from the mister donut (630yen). I believe I paid more than that as an addition through my booking so I think it is better to just skip it or pay the cafe directly. Room was nice and spacious and clean."
